He studied at Universidad de Costa Rica [University of Costa Rica] and graduated as a Licentiate in Civil Engineering in 1997; in 2000 he graduated as an MBA from the INCAE.<\/li>\n<li>Roy Carrillo Cubillo became a member to the CFIA as a Civil Engineer with record number IC-8656. He studied at Universidad de Costa Rica and graduated as Licentiate in Civil Engineer, specialized in Construction. In 2005 he obtained a Master\u00b4s in Project Management Professional PMP from the Universidad para la Cooperaci\u00f3nInternacional [University for International Cooperation], Costa Rica.<\/li>\n<li>Hellen Alvarez Herrera became a member to the CFIA as a Construction Engineer with record number ICO-23847. She studied at the InstitutoTecnol\u00f3gico de Costa Rica [Technological Institute of Costa Rica] and graduated in 2012 as a Construction Engineer.<\/li>\n<li>Anthony Barquero Hern\u00e1ndez became a member to the CFIA as a Civil Engineer with record number IC-22163. He studied at the Universidad Fid\u00e9litas [Fid\u00e9litas University] from where he graduated as Licentiate in Civil Engineering in 2010.<\/li>\n<li>Nancy G\u00f3mez Chavarr\u00eda became a member to the CFIA as a Civil Engineer with record number IC-24423. She studied at the InstitutoTecnol\u00f3gico de Costa Rica and graduated as Licentiate in Civil Engineer in 2012.<\/li>\n<li>Danny Alfaro Oviedo became a member to the CFIA as Civil Engineer with record number IC-29926.
